From Edinburgh take the M90 to Perth, and then take the A90 to Aberdeen via Dundee. From Aberdeen take the A96 direction Inverness until Huntly.

From Huntly take the A920 to Dufftown, go over the bridge of the river Deveron, after 5 miles turn left off the Dufftown road sign posted Haugh of Glass. Follow the road, at the war memorial turn left towards the Cabrach over the small bridge.

Carry on going for another 2 miles, you will pass a pink castle in the trees on your left hand side, keep going, after 1 mile turn left down the road with a T sign which leads to Waterside of Lynebain.
